Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte is nestled in the rolling hills just outside Florence, and is known as one of the last privately owned Medici villas. The Medici family originally built the elegant 16th-century estate as a wedding residence, designed to celebrate love and union in true Renaissance splendor. Later acquired by the noble Corsini family, the villa has retained its historical significance, offering a glimpse into centuries of Florentine nobility and art.
The villa is surrounded by manicured Italian gardens, with sweeping views of the Chianti countryside. It features magnificent frescoed halls, grand loggias, and courtyards that once hosted some of Florence’s most illustrious gatherings. Today, Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte continues its original purpose as a place of joy and elegance, welcoming couples from around the world to exchange vows where the Medici once celebrated their own.
We are so excited and deeply grateful to be getting married and to celebrate with all of you in such a meaningful place!
