We know many of you are traveling near and far to celebrate with us, and we couldn’t be more grateful! This page will include details to help you plan your travels.

Wedding events will take place on Monday, April 13th & Tuesday, April 14th, so it is recommended to arrive the weekend prior. There will be a chance to join us for welcome drinks on Sunday, April 12th, but this is optional for guests who have already arrived!

Getting to Florence

For direct access to Florence, it is recommended to fly into Florence International Airport (Aeroporto di Firenze-Peretola - FLR), which is approximately a 25-30 minute drive into the city center.
As an alternative, you can fly into Rome's International Airport (Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino Airport - FCO) and take a train to the Florence train station (Santa Maria Novella). It is approximately a 1.5-hour train ride to Florence.

Getting Around Florence

Whether arriving by plane or train, it is super easy to catch a taxi (Uber is not available in Florence). The FLR Airport & SMN Train Station both have taxi lines located outside for easy access. It is recommended to take a taxi from the train station to the city center if you have luggage, as the streets are cobblestone & can be difficult for wheels.
One settled into the city center, Florence is a super walkable city!
